Rooted Grace

A new construction home nestled on family land in Clarksville, Tennessee, Rooted Grace was designed to feel as though it had always belonged there. I worked alongside the homeowners to develop the overall design of the home, with a deeper focus on the kitchen, primary bathroom, and upstairs bathrooms.

Warm woods, natural stone, unlacquered brass, and layers of texture bring warmth and character to the new construction, while thoughtful architectural details give each space a sense of permanence. From the curved drywall details and arched openings to the stone kitchen backsplash, linen closet in the primary bath, and textured tilework upstairs, every detail was considered to create a home that feels cozy, inviting, and collected rather than brand new.
