We’re there every step of the way, even during and after construction, to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly.
What is the G.R.A.C.E System?
Our signature G.R.A.C.E system helps ensure your desires are at the forefront of everyone’s minds. We Gather all the information we can about what it is you are looking for. Work with you to Refine the Design until its just right. Act as you Advocate throughout the construction process and with on site workers. We make a Conscious effort to keep your budget and needs in mind throughout the process. And lastly, make sure all the finishing touches are put in place so that you experience Excellence, and even some photos to share! We think communication is key, so in addition to all this we will send weekly email updates to keep you in the loop with how things are going.
The G.R.A.C.E System Phases:
1 | Design Creation Phase
This is where the magic happens! The following weeks we’ll be planning out 2 design directions to present to you at our First Design Presentation. This will include Mood Boards, Floorplans, 3D Renderings, Real Concept Materials, and a Product Cost Estimate for us to talk through.
2 | Selections Phase
After the First Design Presentation, we will select our construction materials. This is where the work we did on the front end, (gathering all your likes, dislikes, etc.) comes in handy. As we’ve already narrowed down the millions of options to some personal choices, you will feel at ease during what could otherwise be the most overwhelming part of the process!
From here we create your Design Plan Set and an onsite Project Binder, which will have every detail your contractor will need to get started.
3 | Execution Phase
I will work closely with the contractors throughout construction to ensure all their questions get answered. We conduct regular site visits to check in at the most crucial times and are updating you every step of the way. We are your advocate through this entire process.
Finally, to put the finishing touches on your completed project we will schedule your included photoshoot! We will take care of accessorizing/staging the space and you will get copies of all the best pictures to share with your friends and family!

Alyssa wants to ensure her clients’ personal vision comes to life with her help. She focuses on open and collaborative communication throughout the entire process. This way she can create a thoughtful design that is the best representation of each person’s own personal taste and style.
Once you fill out the contact form, we schedule a phone call where we’ll get to know each other, learn about your home, budget, and timelines. From there we plan for our Consultation Meeting in-person at your home. After we’ve got all the details, we’ll create a personalized design proposal.
